Becca Schager is the friendly voice who greets you when you call and the first person to welcome you to Iowa Wealth Management. As our Director of Client Experience, Becca plays a key role in client service and daily operations. She manages scheduling, account access, tax document requests, and ensures the office runs smoothly.

Becca is a graduate of Sioux City East High School and studied at LeMars Cosmetology School before entering the financial services industry. She began her career as a Financial Services Assistant at Security National Bank in Sioux City. In 2018, she moved to the Des Moines area and became part of the Iowa Wealth Management team.

Her strength lies in creating a positive experience for every client. Becca’s attention to detail and commitment to service are an essential part of the day-to-day client experience.

Outside the Office:
 Becca enjoys running on the trails throughout Des Moines.
